Client Solution Innovations, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates ProFlow PM, an AI-powered project management and CRM platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our services at app.proflowpm.com.

Account Information When you register for ProFlow PM, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information.
Usage Data We collect information about how you interact with our platform including pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the application.
Google Calendar Data When you connect your Google Calendar to ProFlow PM, we access your calendar events, meeting details, and availability information solely to provide two-way calendar synchronization between Google Calendar and ProFlow PM. We use Google Calendar data only to display and sync your events within ProFlow PM. We do not sell, share, or use your Google Calendar data for advertising or any purpose other than providing the calendar sync feature you have requested.
Google OAuth Scopes Used ProFlow PM requests the following Google OAuth scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar — to read, create, update, and delete calendar events for two-way sync between Google Calendar and ProFlow PM
Communications We may collect messages, notes, documents, and other content you create within ProFlow PM as part of providing our services.
Device and Technical Data We collect IP addresses, browser type, device type, and operating system information for security and performance purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain ProFlow PM
- Sync your calendar events between Google Calendar and ProFlow PM
- Send you transactional emails and notifications related to your account
- Improve and optimize our platform

4. Google API Data — Limited Use Disclosure
ProFlow PM's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We only use Google Calendar data to provide the calendar sync feature within ProFlow PM
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you have given explicit permission, it is necessary for security purposes, or we are required to do so by law
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
Service Providers We work with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating ProFlow PM, including Supabase (database), LiveKit (video meetings), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (security and performance). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and may only use your data to provide services to us.
Legal Requirements We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
Business Transfers In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

9. Google Calendar Disconnection
You may disconnect your Google Calendar from ProFlow PM at any time through your Profile Settings. Upon disconnection we will cease accessing your Google Calendar data. Previously synced events that were created by ProFlow PM in your Google Calendar will remain in Google Calendar unless you manually delete them.
10. Children's Privacy
ProFlow PM is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
11. Third-Party Links
ProFlow PM may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information.
